Eating Seasonal Fruits & Vegetables

ree

If you follow me on my YouTube channel, you already know that I love cooking from scratch simple food. One of my favorite habits is eating fruits and vegetables in season. It’s honestly one of the best ways to stay healthy and energized, while also taking a more sustainable approach to food and supporting local agriculture.

Eating seasonally is also fun: it naturally brings variety to your plate and gives you something to look forward to. Each new season you get to rediscover fruits and vegetables you haven’t eaten in a while, and enjoy them at their very best.

Of course, “in season” doesn’t mean the same thing everywhere in the world—it depends on where you live and which hemisphere you’re in. For temperate countries, here’s a simple seasonal guide, a list to seasonal fruits and vegetables, organized by the time of year.
