Super quick Spicy Beef Stew

Ingredients:
6-7 carrots
500 g ground beef
2 cans chopped tomatoes
1 onion
Spices: 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 heaped teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional), 1 teaspoon celery salt.
Directions:
Cook the carrots in the microwave: place the carrots in a Tupperware-type container with a little water. Cook for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are almost tender.
Sauté the chopped onion in a little olive oil. When golden brown, add the meat.
Brown the meat a little, then add the tomatoes and spices.
Stir well.
Add the carrots.
Let it simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
This dish can be made on Sunday evening for Monday, for example, as it can be easily reheated the next day with a little water added.
